Otoplasty
Surgery of protruding is a treatment, which can be performed from 5 years of age. This surgery can solve defects in the location and shape of ear lobes as well as congenital or gained deformations. It is necessary to be examined by the surgeon before the surgery to avoid possible complications (risks connected with local or general anesthesia). The patient must wear special elastic bandage padded with cotton-wool after the surgery and he/she should take drugs to moderate pain. It is also recommended to avoid sport activities and coloring or washing hair for at least two weeks. The effects of ear surgery are permanent and they change completely the expression and look of the face.
